This work has been underway since April 2022, with individual services or Creative Mentoring service packages, targeting a project and/or a client objective, workshops and lectures, which include my executive skills,
entrepreneur, creative and human developer;

Our services
ORIENTATION - FEEL THE XON
It's a hug session, a welcoming session, a breathing together, a pause in the face of life, an essay on the smile, an integrative feeling
from listening medicine.
ORIENTATION - GROUNDING
This service provides the client with an experience of organizing ideas that are in the psychic, energetic and behavioral field, helping to direct and prioritize actions from that first meeting. It is a session that takes place between 1 am and 1:30 am. The following week, a meeting to follow up on the material raised in the main session is scheduled,
within an interval of up to 45 minutes
TRIAD CROSSING MENTORING
There are 3 sessions, focusing on emotional, energetic and practical issues that are in the client's field and that can be addressed. From this journey, other professional partners of XÃO can be appointed to carry out specific work for the client, within the therapeutic, creative and production context, based on my experience
as an entrepreneurial artist.
CREATIVE MENTORSHIP - ROAD OF XÃO
This service is recommended for clients who already have a project idea, or a life goal that has already been thought out and minimally designed, so that we can join hands and follow this path together. 6 to 10 sessions are recommended, to move towards the final objective and generate a possible work plan within the emotional, energetic and availability context of carrying it out. Investment: Minimum package of 6 sessions
FOOT MENTORING MENTORING – FOCUSING ON ESG PILLARS
Target Audience: Executives, Directors, Managers, Leaders, Advisors, Entrepreneurs from the Corporate universeService directed to the client's scope of work, integrating partners and players of the project/objective
with 3 individual 4-hour sessions in-company / online with
creative and innovative drive .
