Imagine traveling thousands of miles, climbing mountains, all to find a healer. That's how I felt when I met Léo - perhaps the most significant moment of my life. I was carrying an unconscious trauma of abandonment from childhood, an anguish that had consumed me for years. Léo's diagnosis was accurate: talking wouldn't be enough, I needed to release this energy through my heart chakra.
