Leo de Paula is from the Caparaó region in ES, graduated in Computer Science from UFF (2002) and post-graduated in Business Intelligence from PUC-RJ (2003). He worked for decades in the technological corporate world but he could not ignore the call that always inhabited him to achieve something based on creativity and human development. This began his journey in artistic creation and production and in the process of creative mentoring. In this new stage, he also graduated in Innovation from UFSCar (2021) and became a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion with Human Rights from USP (2022).
